Equity-based Compensation Integration

As part of the UHNW planning tool’s platform re-design, one of the primary drivers was to build functionality that would allow advisors to include grants from equity-based compensation into a client’s full financial picture. I’m currently leading this effort, with the integration set for a spring ‘25 release.

Allow users ability to aggregate & model executive compensation and strategies within planning tool
Reduces reliance on other teams to do the modeling
Greater consistency with reporting
Intake of stock, stock options, restricted stocks, performance stocks for MVP
Test case for a new plan workflow: The express plan
A guided, easy-to-use theme-specific workflow
Prioritizes the most important information to capture
